PfizerSpeciality Pfizer Inc. reported financial results for the third quarter of 2013, with a revenue decrease of two per cent or US$310 million. The company sees the results as solid, especially in the face of product losses of exclusivity.

Emerging markets growth at Symrise exceeds group’s overall growth

Symrise AG (Symrise) continued its robust growth in the third quarter of 2013 with sales that increased to €1 401.2 million in the first nine months of 2013. At local currency this translates into an increase of 10 per cent. In the Emerging Markets Symrise was able to increase sales by 11 per cent at local currency, thereby exceeding the group’s overall growth rate.
