Flexible manufacturer position at Indigo Brands

The logo of Indigo BrandsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a flexible manufacturer at Indigo Brands in Epping, Cape Town.

The position involves the dispensing of raw materials accurately and timeously for manufacturing processes, and, when required, manufacturing mass batches in the form of emulsions, powders, colour cosmetics, fragrances and various personal care products, which adhere to the company’s standard of quality and with accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

The role also requires the incumbent to implement world class best practices by leading the world class operations (WCO) fundamental practices.

Inventory control and management ensured

Following the relevant SOP’s to ensure stock is managed as required and accurately controlled in the following areas:

Action any stock discrepancies when identified by following the relevant SOPs. Update the computer system with all physical stock transactions carried out by COB on the day of picking/weighing out.

Carry out stock checks for accuracy. Investigate and report any discrepancies picked up during stock checking and day-to-day operations.
